Da Pomarance, in provincia di Pisa fino al Giappone: è questa la strada che farà l'acido borico prodotto dalla Società Chimica Larderello che sarà impiegato a Fukushima per raffreddare i reattori nucleari dopo la strage che ha colpito il paese. L'azienda toscana è l'unica azienda straniera certificata dall'agenzia nucleare di Tokyo per la fornitura del prezioso materiale dopo la catastrofe che ha paralizzato l'industria interna del boro. Già nelle scorse settimane sono state circa 30 le tonnellate di acido borico inviate da Larderello in Giappone, in questi giorni ne saranno inviate altre 20.
