Solo Latte Maremma nelle creazioni dei gelatieri che si potranno assaggiare al Firenze Gelato Festival dal 23 al 27 maggio 2012. Così nel corso della manifestazione sarà grande protagonista anche il latte toscano prodotto dall'azienda maremmana, nata 51 anni fa come Consorzio Produttori Latte Maremma dalla volontà di alcuni allevatori di valorizzare i prodotti delle proprie stalle. In gamma la produzione Premium, Latte Maremma Alta Qualità, oltre al Latte da Agricoltura Biologica, raccolto in aziende che coniugano la produzione zootecnica con la salvaguardia ed il rispetto dell'ambiente, e al Latte da Agricoltura Integrata.
