Il Governo Italiano ha messo a disposizione dei cittadini un numero verde per ottenere informazioni in vista dello switch off e del passaggio al digitale terrestre. L'assistenza è assicurata da un call center dedicato dal lunedì al sabato, ad esclusione dei giorni festivi, in orario 8/20. Basterà chiamare il numero 800.022.000 per ottenere tutte le specifiche e l'assistenza verbale per la sintonizzazione dei decoder e dei televisori integrati. Nei giorni 16, 17, 18 e 19 novembre il call center sarà attivo dalle ore 8:00 alle ore 23:00.
